Dream..more like a nightmare...
So last night i had a dream that i took a HPT and that it came out all positive. I was estatic in my dream, like seriously so happy that i felt like i was living it in real life.
Then somehow, it was like, even in my dreams, my reality creeped in and i could hear myself telling myself in my dream, you can't even test this early because the HSG is still in my system and i would get a false positive anyway.
i literally woke up with tears in my eyes

for what its worth, and im not usually one to believe in signs, the cycles i got pregnant during the wait i dreamt i got a BFP. the cycles that were BFN i dreamt i got AF.
but also for what its worth, ive dreamt of BFPs several times post partum when i wasn't pregnant - but i suspect its partially due to the hormones from nursing...
