Many of the home inspectors are also licensed to do termite inspections. Did you have a regular home inspection already? If not, did you check to see whether the inspector you've chosen can handle the termite inspection, too?
If they can't, any of the inspectors can recommend/refer a termite inspector they routinely work with.
