recommend your Queens/Western Nassau inspector
Hi,
OMG - our offer was accepted.  Does anyone have an inspector they'd recommend for Queens/western Nassau county?

The entire inspection was $435 (includes house and termite inspection).
We used Joe from Home Sweet Home Inspections, Inc.

We used Tom Doherty of Goldshield Home Inspection...he coordinates it with another company that does the termite inspection on the same day.
The home inspection was $275, and the termite inspection was $75 +tax.

We just used Heimer (for a house in western nassau) and I would not recommend them - FM me if you need details
