Antibiotics and IUI cycle?

I have been crazy sick for the last week. At first I had a killer cold and I was just taking Dayquil/Nyquil. It didn't get any better so i went to the doctor of Friday and she gave me Amoxicillin. I asked her if this would interfere with my IUI and she said no, but i put little value in what your general PCP will know about how any regular drug will interact with fertility medicine.

I am waiting for cycle day 1. When i go in on Cycle Day 3, I will ask them as well, but for peace of mind now, does anyone know if this will interfere or if this will hinder my IUI? This will be my first IUI and i don't want to mess anything up

You can pretty easily check online what class a drug is in and its relation to ttc.

i have been on antibiotics for iui and ivf cycles provided by the RE so i think it is fine

for this ivf i took cipro for 20 days plus did 3 days of antibiotic supps

I think you are fine since you don't have anything scheduled yet. This past IUI; the week of it I got really sick and they didn't want me on anything except sudafed.
