my cycle was cancelled.... - Edited with IUI news at end
well ladies my IVF cycle just got converted to an IUI 
It seems I"m a poor responder to the meds so I take my HCG trigger tomorrow morning and then go on Wed at 11am for the IUI.
Quick question - do you ladies go to work after your IUI? or just rest and relax the rest of the day?
I'm trying to figure out what to do with work

Im so sorry it was cancelled. How come you are not responding? To the lupron or the stims??
I went to work after my IUI's. I took a half day in the morning and then went in.
I hope this works

I'm sorry your IVF was canceled. I went to work after my IUI. I really didn't have any cramping nor was I uncomfortable.

Thanks ladies!
I think I'm going to just take the day and go home and relax.
I haven't spoken to a dr. so I'm not sure why I responded so poorly - maybe it's my FSH issues.

I'm sorry Donna. the same thing happened to me last month except I was cancelled on the day I was suppose to start stim, due to an estrogen producing cyst. I didn't even get an IUI from it. On my previous ISI's however, I went to work after the insemination.

Sorry to hear it was cancelled.
in the past i went home and relaxed after.
i iwll be at NYU tomorrow also, i will say lots of prayers while i am there and will send lots of Baby Dust to you!!

Donna you know how I feel about all this but once again HERE IS TONS OF BABYDUST !!!
The IUI for me is a quick and absolutely painless procedure. I make jokes how it's easier than bding :) lol I think it's more of an emotional decision whether or not you want to go to work after.

I'm so sorry Donna...hang in there.
My first two IUI's I went home and relaxed and this last one I went to work after. I have read that some people do recommend you take the day and relax so I guess it's a personal decision.

Donna...I'm sorry your IVF was cancelled. But, if it makes you feel better my SIL had her IVF cancelled 2 times, due to not enough eggs produced....and got PG on the IUI she had instead of the IVF. She now has 2 beautiful healthy children (#2 came as a surprise when #1 was just 6 months old).

By the way, for the IUI's, I usually go to work. One of them that I had they couldn't fit me in until 12 (DH had gone early in the morning to give his sample), so I had my IUI done during my lunch hour

I am so sorry they cancelled your IVF cycle, but I do wish you the best for your IUI
I went to work/play right after the first two times, this time I stayed home and relaxed.
According to Dr. Bray, you can do jumping jacks once you get off the table and nothing will change.

Well I just thougt I would update -
I had my IUI this morning, they were very happy with DH's sample, prewash 156 million, after 86 million with 86% motility.
I start on progesterone suppositories tomorrow evening and then just deal with the dreaded 2 ww.
