Prenatal vitamin question - anyone take a vegetarian one?
Ok why am I having fishy burps from a prenatal that says it's vegetarian? I've been sampling all the different ones they gave me and I think I'm going with vitafol. Does anyone take that? I tried it a few weeks ago and seemed to like it most of all the sample ones. I just can't stand these fishy burps anymore!!! All the OTC ones I've tried give me them too.  Does anyone have a non-fishy one they really like?

ive been taking the citranatal assure and have never had any fish burps...it also has a stool softner in it

That's actually the ones I started yesterday that are causing this I have the worst tummy while pregnant.

im taking Nestabs with DHA and I havent had any issues with them. One actually has a vanilla taste. I take them at night cause I found that its better than in the morning.

dr had me get these http://www.vitamedmd.com/ and I haven't had the fishy problem I had with Enfamil Lipil.

This is what I take, too. They are vegan. I haven't had any fishy issues.
