going to the gym...
so this is probably a dumb question, but after talking to a friend i am completely confused....
i havent been to the gym in 6 months i want to start up again. i should O on Wed/Thurs...can i start the gym Monday (tomorrow) or should i wait until after the 2ww? I never gave it any thought and assumed i could just start whenever but my friend said the change in routine could effect it since its so close to my o date...is she crazy? am i crazy?!?
should i just play it safe and start after my 2ww?

Re: going to the gym...
I would think it would be fine to go.
Since it's been a long time, you might want to stick to a light workout - walking, bike, etc. and not over exert yourself.
Exercise relieves stress and increases blood flow throughout your body, so I would think its good for TTC.

Re: going to the gym...
You should be ok to go. I put about 10 lbs on skipping the gym because I didn't want to work out and risk anything during various tww and then just being lazy. Well 6 cycles later and no baby so I'm committed to going to the gym every time I want until I get an actual BFP!
