And all day sickness is kicking my butt. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Re: 8 Weeks preggo
I am 22w now, but the first trimester completely kicked my butt. I couldn't keep anything down. Hang in there, it does get better

Re: 8 Weeks preggo
I am worried because all I can tolerate is to barely eat one meal a day. I also eat a few crackers a day with some water. This can't be good for the baby.

Re: 8 Weeks preggo
keep taking the prenatal vitamin.
remember, there are plenty of starving women in countries that produce healthy babies.....
try to eat healthy when you can - bl;and food to not set your stomach off -
I've been putting motzarella cheese on a whole wheat wrap for lunch and heating it up at work.
Try watermellon, banana, apple, 100% juice & dilute with water - there is a V8 peach mango one - gets a full serving of fruit and full serving veggie per cup.

Re: 8 Weeks preggo
Just eat when you can and choose nutritious foods. I just read somewhere that its very common for women in the first trimester to have trouble eating and keeping food down. The baby is so small at this point that it doesn't need much nutrients. Definitely try to get your prenatals down though. Hope you start to feel better soon! I can't wait for my second trimester. Hopefully the nausea goes away!

Re: 8 Weeks preggo
I'm almost 9 weeks, and I'd say for the last 2 weeks I've felt exhausted and nauseaus pretty much all day, almost everyday.
I don't have much of an appetite, but I do force myself to eat every 3 hours at least, and I wind up feeling much better. Peppermint tea has been helping too. And naps!
I sympathize with you, but everyone says it will get better soon!
