What is the first thing you think of when you hear these names? (poll)
brandon and dylan?
my DS is brandon and we are expecting another DS and DH is really stuck on dylan. while i like the name, saying the two of them together remind me of 90210. DH says no one will think that way besides me..
so tell me, am I alone?
If it reminds you of 90210 do you think it's cheesy to go with dylan?

I really like the names but it definitely reminds me of 90210. I think Pamela Anderson's sons have the same names.

I honestly didn't think of it until you mentioned it. I think it's fine...none of their friends or acquaintances will make the connection

I definitely think about 90210 when I hear those names together, but that's why I love them both so much. Go for it.

I am having the same discussion with DH about the name Dylan...he only thinks of 90210 but I don't. But I love the name so it's still on the top of the list.

Yes def reminds me of 90210, but that might be because I have a Dillon and my family keep calling my twins Brandon and Brenda, haha. We don't even know what they are but my fam said if they are boy/girl that's what they're calling them!

The people that have made the connection all smile and have this reminscent look - 90210 brings back good memories for alot of us I guess to when we were younger. So there is at least a good connection with the names, but since I'm clearly not the only one that correlates the two together (now that I see the results from the poll), I don't think i could deal with it.
