Senior Citizen Night out?
anyone know of any group/clubs/meeting places for senior citizens to go to just hang out and dance and just be out of the house?
my mother in law recently ended her relationship and wants to just get out of the house and enjoy life so we are trying to find some people/groups for her to meet new friends.

Where does she live? My mom belongs to a Seniors Club that does different activities. I asked her last night "Why is there a 'Seniors Club' in a 55+ community? Isn't everyone a Senior?" 
She said that it's a Town of Brookhaven club, and there are people from outside her complex that are in her club. There's apparently several instantiations of the club throughout the town.
