Bleeding - Warning TMI
So instead of calling my OB for every little thing I thought I would come to you girls instead. I just had a more difficult bowel movement and there were some red particles when I finished. When I wiped there was a little bright red blood. Not a lot and not continuous but I definitely bled. Please tell me this is normal. I'm still in the office and have a long commute home.
I'm 12w and had my NS yesterday and everything looked good.
Anyone ever experience something similar?

Re: Bleeding - Warning TMI
sounds to me like you're constipated. Trying adding more fiber into your diet.

Re: Bleeding - Warning TMI
I second the constipation. I had that really bad in the first trimester. I aggravated a fissure I have and bled for weeks.
In addition to eating more fiber, I was also told I could take Metamusil. Also try to drink more water.

Re: Bleeding - Warning TMI
I drink 72-86 ounces of water a day. May need to Ardmore fiber. But if I'm constipated where would a bleed from? I wasn't bleeding from my #2 hole
