I hope you gals don't mind me crashing

but I have a few questions for a good friend.

I am trying to get her to come on here herself but right now she is so upset.

She is having her second miscarrige right now . She gets pregnant easily, goes for a BETA and then her second beta is always lower.

She has Lupus. Anyone on here have Lupus as well and have an understanding of how it can affect your fertility?

Also, I saw dr. Braverman and loved him and I know he specializes in miscariages. The problem is she is in Manorville. Does anyone have a dr out east they recommend? or do you know how dr. b's out of net work benefits work?

I dont have lupus but i have another similar, but much less common, autoimmune disease. Throughout my pregnancy i saw my rhuematologist regularly. I had more of a problem getting pregnant than staying pregnant...although i had 2 chemicals after fets. I consulted w 3 REs (one being Dr. B). FM with any questions.

Since Lupus is an autoimmune disease, it's possible that she may have some immune issues interfering with her ability to stay pregnant. Honestly, Dr. B is really the only person on LI who deals with immune issues, so he would be the only person I would see in her case.

I have a ton of immune issues myself and he's been able to successfully treat them.

If she has OON benefits, Dr. B will accept them, or else she would be self pay.
