Tightness in belly at night
I'm 30 weeks and for the past few nights I get this tight feeling in my belly. It doesn't hurt at all - def no cramping or pain associated with it. It feels more like I just ate a 16 course meal and there is just no room left. If you touch my belly, it feels a little hard, but not much harder then normal. I find myself changing positions - weather I'm sitting or laying down - like every 5 min to try to get comfortable. Once I fall asleep though, it's not waking me. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is this just the normal uncomfortablness associated with the baby getting bigger?

Do you think it could be Braxton-Hicks? I think I remember them feeling that way... I would just call the Dr and ask.

Re: Tightness in belly at night
I thought about BH but there's no pain with it and it only happens at night. I'm not even entirely sure what BH feel like, to be honest. I see my OB on Wed and it's def something I will ask him about.

Re: Tightness in belly at night
I get bloated very easily and if I have one of those nights where my belly is rock solid, I take a gas x and that usually relieves it... HTH!
