Can't believe people
Went out to breakfast with DH today. Today was my day to relax: breakfast, hair appt, flu shot (not as fun ) and naps all day. Well we are seated extremely close to these two women, there is no way they can't see my 391/2 week huge belly and we can both hear each other. Anyway, the one women proceeds to tell her friend a story about a 29 year old women who just gave birth, then developed an infection and died a week later. She's going on and on about how maybe she already had a heart problem and the birth stressed it, or maybe the infection caused the cardiac arrest. I was freaking dumbfounded. Who the f has that conversation in front of someone ready to give birth any minute. My DH kept saying stop listening, how the h e l l am I not supposed to listen. People amaze me sometimes.

People just don't care and have no respect.
Thank goodness you and your baby are going to be healthy, strong and happy!

Thank you! I really shouldn't care, I just can't stop thinking about her story. I'm sure it's just nerves mixed with the fact that I am out of patience.
