Newborn Photographer
Looking for recommendations for a newborn photographer. Really hoping not to spend a fortune... so looking for those who are more reasonably priced. TIA!!!

No experience yet, but I'm using Anne Hack. I found her prices reasonable and I love her portfolio.

I recommend Kelly from All Seasons Photography. I used her for my newborn shoot and my DH and I loved her photos. She provided us with a cd with all the photos unedited and even edited a few of her favorites. She is very affordable and will work with you on what you want.
You can check out her facebook page and it's my daughter as her photo on the main page.
She took photos of my daughter as well as some family shots (waist up at my request) and some candids with my dog and daughter. I shared with her that I love the color lilac and butterflies, so she incorporated this into the shoot.
Here are some shots from the photo shoot. If you have any questions, feel free to FM me.
Another note: she travelled to me for the photoshoot and she also photgraphed our DD's baptism.

I went with Heather from Forever Fireflies, a vendor on here. Not only is all her work amazing, but I've never seen a bad picture from her!
I'd be skeptical to go with a faux-tographer that doesn't have much experiencec or portfolio. Too many people buy a nice camera these days and call themselves a business.

I went with Summer. She's a little pricey but my pics are amazing. I would go with her again if I had to do it over.
I have also heard nothing but GREAT things about Lori from AvaJack and Heather from Forever Fireflies

Lori from AvaJack will always be my newborn photographer. I have pics in my album.

I couldn't agree more! Be careful who you use! I'm using FF too!

I used Summerlyn for DD's newborn shoot when she was reasonabley priced, now IMO she is totally unreasonable! I will give it to her that her work is amazing, but so not worth the money spent. Then I found Heather from Forever Fireflies. And have been using her even since! Have her booked for our NB shoot in February

We used Michelle McFadden for our newborn shoot and she was wonderful!
I also very highly recommend Heather from Forever Fireflies. I hope to get chance to use her too and she is very very nice.

I used Summer Lyn for newborn shots and they were amazing but now she's out of my price range. I have used many other photographers and have loved all of them - and all do great newborn shoots:

personally, i have used Summerlyn and Christine Melissa Photography.
I loved Summer's work but her prices now are  no way can we afford her again.
IMO, Christine's work is amazing as well, on par with summer and her prices are much more reasonable.
We also love Leslie Simmons, Lexi Bella and Michelle McFadden!
