please help! restless legs
I can not sleep at night bc my legs will not relax. Its driving me nuts. I take a warm bath before bed but it doesnt help anymore. Does rhis happen to anyone else? What can i do?

yes... the warm baths helped but i have been too hot the past few nights to do it. also have tried bananas.
this is going to sound insane but i am out of bananas, and will not be taking a bath tonight... i am putting a bar of soap under my sheets. i read this online somewhere. whatever... if it doesn't work, no harm no foul! LOL
not sure how my cat is going to like that bc she sleeps by my feet but whatever!

this is going to sound insane but i am out of bananas, and will not be taking a bath tonight... i am putting a bar of soap under my sheets. i read this online somewhere. whatever... if it doesn't work, no harm no foul! LOL

I will try anything. I hardly sleep anymore anywsys. My 2 year old decided 2 weeks ago to lose 7 hours of sleep a day. My dog sleeps with me, but she can kiss my arse. Whats the soap supposed to do?

I have NO idea what its suppose to do - i just googled "restless legs pregnancy HELP" one day and that was one of the suggestions I saw... more than once. I'll sleep in the friggen bathtub with 100 bars of soap if it works!! i am seriously dreading going to bed despite being exhausted... i know how you feel.

Please update us tomorrow and let us know if the bars of soap thing works- I'm so curious now!!
Unfortunately, the only thing I've found that works for me when it gets really bad is to get up and walk around the house for a few minutes and then go back to bed. Not fun at 3am.

Mine has gotten a lot better. Taking extra iron helped. As for the soap, my husband heard this and it helps leg cramps too, but he heard it had to be Ivory or something. Can't wait to hear if it works for any of you.

I take Benadryl the nights that it's really bothersome. Restless legs is the worst an WEIRDEST feeling, ever!

Okay, so I did NOT have restless legs last night... it was actually the best night of sleep i had in months. Went to bed around 10:05, didn't even wake up to pee until 3:30. Got right back to sleep, woke up again around 5:30 to pee, and then just got up at about 7:15. Was it the bar of soap??? Who knows... I used Irish Spring though.

The only thing that helps me is stretching and walking. Sometimes when I put my body pillow between my legs it goes away for a little while.
I had never heard of the soap trick but I'm willing to try it.
