Ultrasound at 7 weeks
So because I've been having some spotting and cramping, they are squeezing me in for an ultrasound tonight. I am 7 weeks.
The nurse kept telling me it might be to early to see anything.
What can I reasonably expect from this?

I had a sono at 6 weeks saw a sac AND heartbeat. Good Luck

At 6 weeks, 3 days I saw the sac, a little "blob" that was the baby and the flickering heartbeat.

I saw 2 sacs and 1 hb at 6 weeks so I think as long as you actually are 7 weeks you should see a hb. the one I didn't see a hb on didn't make it the other one is doing great

My chat avatar is my ultrasound from when I was 7 and a half weeks. We saw tiny arm and leg buds  as well as a heartbeat. We were able to hear a heartbeat as well. good luck!

If you're really 7 weeks you should definitely be able to see a heartbeat.

I saw the heartbeat yesterday, at 5 weeks 4 days.

me too! I was 6wks 1day when I saw the sac and heartbeat. I think at 7 weeks you should be able to see something....

I have also been having spotting and cramping since last week. Had an external U/S @ 7 wks and saw the heartbeat. Good luck! Thinking good thoughts, spotting sucks

if you are sure of your ovulation day and are definitely 7w you should def see the heartbeat by now. good luck!
