tmi..butt cramps
Not to sound like a freak..but all day on and off today keep getting butt cramps..like not muscle cramps but like period cramps but in ur butt (I used to get same ones when I had af and are usually more frequent when I sit)...
Any idea what causes these and is it normal?
Feel like a freak for askin this. (If I push down on uipper stomach they get worse)

i would say its probably gas/constipation... are you having issues with pooping?
