TMI Question - cramps after sex?
Has anyone had cramps after  ? I had slight cramping on and off the whole day last time we . I know it is generally safe, but how will you know if it is not? I feel like cramps after are not normal. Anyone else have this? Thanks.

from what i've heard O'ing makes your uterus contract, it's probably just that.

If you start bleeding heavily, then call your doctor. It could mean your placenta is low-lying or your cervix was irritated. But cramping after is normal, as long as it doesn't last more than a day or isn't physically crippling. If you're concerned, just call the nurse at your OB's office. Always better to ask the nurse or doctor than to guess. But it's definitely common.
When we were early on, I had so much pain during the act and my doctor said it was because my uterus was actually bouncing, hitting nerves when we DTD. Thankfully that got better.
