well...
I went to the dr's last week expecting another round of clomid, but they wouldnt prescribe it because i had a follicle that was over 4cm. They said it was too big and if I were to take clomid it could really big, possibly turn, and I could lose an ovary. The doctor also said that after 3 rounds of clomid, if it doesnt work they recommend that I see an RE.
Dont get me wrong, I completely understand why...just feeling kinda defeated and like this is never going to happen again.
maybe it's a good idea just to take the month off and see what happens next month...

dont get discouraged. cysts are very common in medicated cycles. sometimes doctors prescribe birth control to shrink them. if youve been doing clomid without an RE you DEF should see one now. i hope your doctor was monitoring you closely!!

I know how hard it can be...we had to lose a month because because I over-reacted to clomid and had too many oversized follicles.

Maybe the follicle you have already is all you need this month!! good luck.
if this isnt your month, going to a RE would be the best move.
