Pacing the house, and drinking coffee, bad I know. I had insomnia all summer, now that I only have 1 month left and I'm back to work it's getting better, I at least fall asleep easier, I still wake up throughout the night though.

For me its a combo of itchy, anxiety and busy bladder lol. I wonder if it is common so early.

I get it in the middle of the night. I fall asleep no problem. Then I wake up 2 or 3 hours later and I am awake for 2-3 hours in the middle of the night! It sucks! I just lay there, tossing and turning, much to DH's dismay! If it's really bad, I'll go to the LR and just lay on the couch and put the TV on.

I had this with my ds and again this pregnancy. It was worse in the first trimester and then got better only to return again in the 3rd trimester. I never took anything for it so I'm no help there. Just spent a lot of time watching tv in the middle of the night

I thought I was the only one suffering from insomnia, I haven't taken anything, going to ask my doc at my next prenatal appointment

I had terrible insomnia in the first tri, before fatigue set in at 8 weeks. Then it Came back at 24 or so weeks, and got worse and worse. Benadryl did nothing for Me, but I also used to take ambien and Xanax for sleep sometimes. Give benadryl 50 mg a shot. Other than that I would just lay there and feel sorry for myself.

I think mine just started yesterday. Ive taken one tylenol pm in the past but im afraid to right now since its already 4am and i have company over tomorrow.
i've been up 4 times to use the bathroom since 11pm.
