second time c-sections
Whats with the pre surgery clearance? I mean if I am not healthy at the time they want to take the baby, they arent taking it? Like there is a choice here? LOL

They just take blood for testing and extra in case you need it. Its not really a clearance but they just call it that, my hospital calls it testing

Gotcha! I just thought it was odd being that there isnt a medical clearance when you are having a 1st time Csection. Do you know if this is a quick thing or an all day event?

with my first they did blood tests the day before surgery.

blood tests, but they also ask you a lot of questions about the pregnancy and if things were going ok. What to do before surgery (stop prenatals and anything else that can cause extra bleeding) when to stop eating, etc
