quick hair help

My hair has a ton of buildup in it. I can feel it when I shampoo it. I have to use so much product in the summer to keep it from frizzing, so I guess that's why.

Does anyone do a vinegar rinse? If so, what parts water/vinegar?

Does it really work?

I had a bottle of baby shampoo that was half empty, so I fill the rest of with white vinegar, mix it up, and use that as a rinse. It really does help with buildup. Just make sure to rinse really well, or wash again with a normal shampoo to get the vinegar smell out.

i hate vinegar cause i smell like salad lol
you can always add in a teaspoon of baking soda...but remember clarifying treatments can strip your color a bit.

Thanks all. I did the vinegar yesterday and I think it helped a little.

I did smell like salad dressing until my hair dried though lol.
