ok....need some quick hair HELP!!
I have curly hair and got my highlights done and my hair straightened late friday. I had a party yesterday afternoon and want to stretch out the blowout for a bbq today. (is this gross?) Anyway, my hair's looking slightly greasy at the root.....is there a quick fix to stretch this out or should I just wash it and go curly (definitely not spending and hour blowing it out today)
I feel like I remember someone once posting about using powder or something like that

Re: ok....need some quick hair HELP!!
sometimes a little bit of baby powder does the trick...
sometimes, I just stick the top of my head in the sink and only shampoo the roots....towel dry with a little washcloth or something, then just blow dry the roots.

Thanks shorty. I think I'll probably try the baby powder thing first.
The other sounds incredibly difficult in a contortionist kind of way How do you not get the rest wet when you're rinsing the shampoo out?
any other ideas people????

tie it back or clip it...
the shampoo works better.

There is also a dry shampoo spray, that can help.
