do people continually ask me why I have my hand on my belly?
"Why do you have your hand there like that?"
"Why are you touching your belly, is something wrong?"
"Are you in pain? Why are you holding your belly?"
I don't know, why do you have your head up your A$$?
JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!!!

I always have my hand on my belly and I don't even really HAVE a belly yet. When I get up or walk I feel stretching in my belly so I hold it. But, yeah, it would be uber annoying for people to ask. I'm pregnant! Let me be!

Everytime I touch or rub my belly DH asks "Is everything ok? Are you cramping?" Are we only allowed to touch our bellies when something is wrong?? I try not to get frustrated with him bc I know he is only concerned but sometimes it gets irritating.

no one has asked me that! i get other annoying questions... although i often find my hand on my belly and wonder to myself why its there. it's just instinct! i also love to feel him moving around. but most of the time it's just where my hand ends up...

Other people touch my belly far more than I do. Our baby is shy and stops moving when I have my hand on my belly so I don't do it often.
What really has me flipping out is a 60 year-old woman I work with who asks me how much weight I have gained after every Dr. appointment I have. Really? You're trying to compare yourself to a 30-week pregnant woman????? I flipped out yesterday and said she is far more interested in my weight than even my Drs are.
