Make ahead dinners to freeze

DH and I both work full-time and we have three kids (5 and 3-year old twins). What are some good dishes that can be made ahead on say a Sunday and frozen for the weekor even what might last a few days before being cooked in the fridge?

Stew
Chicken catticiatore (I am sure I spelled that wrong)
beef stronganoff
chicken franchaise
roast pork (then use leftovers for pork sliders, etc.)

sometimes I make a big pan of taco meat already cooked and split it between a few of my vac seals. I defrost one and use it for tacos, or for pizza, nachos, etc.

I like to make sauce to freeze, baked ziti, Mac & cheese, meatballs, pulled pork.


The Mac & cheese and based ziti could also be made a day ahead and kept in the fridge uncooked
