i really not eat a steak that's a hockey puck....i like mine still mooing usually - but i do say medium.
i can't wait to eat it more red again.

I love this post.
I love steak and always eat it medium rare. I asked my Dr. and she said it was fine. However, its funny she did tell me no cold cuts and I have obeyed. I figure I gave up Sushi, cold cuts, and vino....I can have my steak medium rare!
