First OB appointment today ? added
I'm so nervous. So far I've been seeing my RE and everything has been going great. Today I am going to my OB for the first time. I am nervous because in the past when ever I had my OB appointment, that was the morning that I miscarried. Please send me positive thoughts. What should I expect? An internal???
ETA: I am sure this is a really dumb question but an internal is safe right? She cant mess anything up in there???

Everything has been going fine. 
I obviously know this is easier said than done, but TRY not to worry so much. You've seen the heartbeat more than once already, and your LO is thriving so far.
Your appointment will go GREAT and you'll hopefully get to see your baby again!

I was always terrified to go to the dr (especially the early appts) because I was used to bad news. It's scary and normal to be nervous...just try to relax (I know EASIER SAID THAN DONE)

At my 1st appt, they did an internal exam, blood, sono and I had to in a cup.
