Temping
Ok so this morning half a sleep I was temping and started to fall back to sleep while doing it and caught it falling out of my mouth So I thought let me do it again and of course the temps were both different. Which do I record? Has anyone else done this?

Re: Temping
Yea, what was the difference. I do think you should go with the first one even though it may not be completely accurate. They say you should always go with the first temp. That being said, one off temp may not mean much. If you continue to temp accurately this temp may not mean much at all (unless it was around O time I suppose)

Re: Temping
And what have your last few temps been? I would use the one that is most similar to your other temps.

Re: Temping
I'd stick with the first temp. Unless you're close to O that one temp won't make a big difference. It's when I'm around O that I freak out about making sure I get a good night's sleep and temp correctly.

It shows my chart. Try taking a screen shot of it. I think it's alt+print scr. I then go into paint to edit and save.
