only in the dead of winter when its very cold out, otherwise,no. I find them, uncomfortable.

I dont really like the way they feel on my legs, but I appreciate the control top. I also feel it completes a dressy outfit so I do usually wear them for more formal events. But, besides weddings, I almsot never wear dresses - usually dressy pants and a fancy shirt for any other event.

I never wear stockings anymore, and have never worn them with open toe shoes. I didn't even wear any to my own wedding (9+ years ago), so my hatred dates far back.
I do wear tights often in the fall/winter.

No I can't stand how they roll at the top. It doesn't matter what I buy, they roll...even when I was skinny they rolled. My mom nearly has a heart attack when I show up somewhere 'fancy' without stockings, but I figure if I'm getting all dressed up, I'm making any concessions I can for comfort. Plus I figure if my job has gotten rid of the stocking requirement, it is considered acceptable 
And if anyone has a problem with my blindingly white legs, it is their problem. I've come to terms with the fact that I never get a nice tan anymore.

I hate them but I do wear them sometimes because my legs are gross..I have stretch marks on my calves and thighs and i also have veins in my calves. I hate my legs so much..

I rarely wear stockings. If I am wearing open toed shoes they are definitely not going on. I don't think it dresses down at all.

I usually wear pantyhose to a wedding, if I'm wearing a cocktail length dress. I will wear sandal toe with open-toed shoes. I feel like it's less formal not to wear them. During the summer, if it's a daytime wedding, I am less likely to wear them. If I'm wearing a long gown, I probably won't bother with them. I also always wear pantyhose to synagogue on the holidays. I personally don't feel appropriate going bare-legged.

Never!!!!! at least not since the 80s. They should be banned and def never with open toed even if they are sandal toe.
