Would you go for blood?
Is there any real chance of me having a + beta and a - HPT at 12dpiui? Just asking b/c I don't want to waste my time or $ going for bloodwork....thanks!

It's possible that it's a chemical and the level isn't high enough to be picked up on the hpt. This happened to me- 13dpo, Neg hpt and beta of 3.
3 is very low and they say it could be a lab error but af was late so Im sure it was chemical.

I think I'll POAS tomorrow morn which will be (14dpiui from the 1st IUI and 13dpiui from the 2nd IUI) if it's neg then I won't go....grrr, on to the next month.

I know you don't "want" to go for blood if the HPT is negative but really you still can be pregnant. If you are pregnant, chances are that your HCG is below 20 and you're having a chemical pregnancy. But, any information is very important for your DR. as to why you aren't getting pregnant, implantation failure, etc.
I hate having to go, as well but I see it as part of my protocol, calendar. I've since had 3 chemicals where two started low and increased very slowly and one never really took off. You never know.

i have done both..went for blood even though i knew cause i poas like 10 times..depends how bad i feel ike af is coming
i dint go this time cause i knew she was coming..was usposed to go tues fro blood.didnt go thurs she was here
