We recently had alot of work done in our backyard - bushes/trees/roots removed and basement waterproofing. Our entire yard is now just dirt. We can't afford to go with sod, so we're hoping we can get away with top soil and seed.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

How do you know how much top soil and seed you need?

Where is the best place to get this stuff?
