Post delivery girdle
Has anyone worn a girdle post delivery? If so which one and did it help?

I had asked my doctor about this before I gave birth and the office I go to said no girdles until after your 6 week appointment but you could wear 'support panties'. In the hospital I wasn't interested in trying to support anything, a week or so after I was home, I put on a support panty. It was more or less like a giant panty that you can pull up to your boobs and is very firming. It smoothed me and made me look firm, but it didn't really take away any inches or anything...also after about an hour in it...it was very uncomfortable 
I have friends who wore girdles and I have friends who wore support panties....but it wasn't comfortable enough for me to wear on a regular basis....everything seems to be going back to where it needs to be without it, I'm just not as firm

I got one in the hospital after c/s. It's not really tight, but I really liked it. I felt like I could laugh a little bit without hurting.
