Re: Level 2 question
At mine, the sono tech just measured everything and said everything looked normal. My doctor called me a few days later to say everything looked good with the exception of me having a low lying placenta.
Mine was nothing more than the usual, other than the measurements.

Re: Level 2 question
i get my sono's done at the hospital so the sono tech told me everything looked fine first and then the hospital doctor came in after and told me everything was measured fine. then when i went to my regular obgyn appointment he confirmed the results with me.

Re: Level 2 question
The tech kinda got quiet during ours and printed out a few pictures for herself to give to the doctor in addition to the 4 she gave us then she asked us to wait a moment and stepped out. When she came back in, she asked us to go and wait for my OB in his office as soon as I got dressed.
We knew something was wrong. It was pretty obvious as we waited in his office that it isn't usually done that way.
Turns out, the tech saw a spot on DD's heart. We had to follow-up with a perinatologist for a comprehensive scan a week later to see if it meant anything. The specialist said that the white spot was nothing to be concerned with because on the detailed / better sono they only saw the spot from one angle (not 3) and it was not as "white as bone" which is what they were looking for in order for it to be something of concern.
Fortunately, DD was fine. But that's an example of a Level 2 experience when something is "wrong."
