Hand bag-need suggestions or ideas

My birthday was yesterday and I decided I’m going to get myself a nice everyday bag in addition to a nice diaper bag. I figured you hand bag lovers could help me out with what I am looking for. I don’t want to spend more than $300 on each bag. I’m pretty sure I’m getting the Kate Spade Stevie diaper bag. Once I go to the outlets I’ll buy it there.

The everyday bag, needs to be roomy yet not too big. I’m 5’ so I can’t have a bag to long. It will make me look shorter. I don’t like bags that are covered in the brand name. i.e. some Coach bags that have the “C” all over it. If a bag has the brand on it, that is fine but it shouldn’t scream the brand, kwim? I also thought of getting a crossbody small bag for when I’m running around doing errands. I have a very cheap no brand name one and find it’s very easy and practical to deal with when I have DS. But I don’t want to use it as my everyday.

I would get 1 bag and use it as both an everyday bag AND a diaper bag.. that's what I do!

i love Kooba bags.
really well made and stylish without being over the top.

also a fan of Botkier bags.

I went to Marshalls yesterday for lunch and found a Cynthia Crowley bag. It’s very roomy and big enough to use as a diaper bag. It’s a metallic gold. I love it!!
