hip pain
i always wake up several times throughout the night with hip pain from having my legs curled up. the pain goes away when i straighten my legs... but its more comfortable to sleep curled up lol.
what's the solution for this? a pillow between my legs??

Re: hip pain
The Snoogle is the only thing that worked to alleviate some of my hip pain ... but at 29w it's coming back!

Re: hip pain
i use the snoogle and some nights it helps and others not so much. sometimes i really just need to stretch it out and lie on my back for a few minutes and then go back to sleeping on my side.

I have the Boppy full body pillow, but the same advice applies...the couple minute stretch is the best thing.

Re: hip pain
You can get them on amazon or any baby store. DH got mine for me as a Christmas present at BBB

Re: hip pain
I sleep with the Snoogle and it doesn't alleviate my hip pain. I'm 32+ weeks and wake up several times during the night with this hip pain. The only thing that works for me is propping a few pillows behind my back and "lying" on on my back. My evenly distributing the weight between both hips I am able to get ride of the pain.

Re: hip pain
I wake up with the same exact problem...I found that just using a regular pillow between my legs/knees helps totally. And I switch sides a few times throughout the night.
I don't have a body pillow and hope not to need 1 b/c they seem big, and our current bedroom is small.

Re: hip pain
I have the worst hip pain at night and then if I straighten I get a charlie horse . I have the snoogle and while it was helping me in the beginning it is not any longer. I did get a great few months with it though.

Same here. Plus, I will also go on my back and that helps.

Re: hip pain
happens to me too... it will be there for a few days then not for a few days. I bought a boppy pillow but it hasn't arrived yet! Just a between the legs one, the snoogie, etc, will be too big to fit in the bed w/DH and me!
