I have a protein S deficiency which is a clotting disorder. I was on lovenox during my pregnancy with my twins (who are now 2) and all during this pregnancy (just switched to heparin at 37 weeks) and all is well. Even if you have a borderline issue (this is what I have) I'd ask about getting started on lovenox right away - as just a precaution - even if it doesn't come back elevated.
