Its not though...been on the market for a little bit already.
 Thats why I posted here...thought it MIGHT help.
my Dad house is moving either- I don't think anything is going quick these days
my inlaws reduced there price last week- you would think $385 in Setauket would fly- even my Dad house at $599K is a steal
esp compared to some of the houses I have seen listed- I just think alot of people are watching and waiting
that's exactly what DH and I are doing.... waiting. we're in no rush and we're leary about buying now in the middle of the "shift".

For that price, we are looking at starter houses(1400 sqft) where I live in Los Angeles- I would kill for that house.
Of course our taxes are about half so I guess that does make a big difference in your monthly payment.

I a not offended and don't want anyone to read into that way. I just want to state that I find it hysterical the crap that people comment on when houses are listed on this board.
Whothefu** cares about the muppets chillin' at the bar, you think they will be there still if you buy the house?

I like the house!! it's a heck of a lot nicer than the "poop" DH and I have seen. that should sell fast. I don't know why it hasn't!
