I'd have to rip up all of the laquered built in's immediately. I'm so not a fan of the modern look...
mirrors, brass, black laquer, high polished built ins...
so Miami Vice
Love the pool.

what I want to know is... how is it that a "mansion" like this is $799K when dumpy ranches that need a TON of work are $500K++++  makes ZERO sense

my Dad house is moving either- I don't think anything is going quick these days
my inlaws reduced there price last week- you would think $385 in Setauket would fly- even my Dad house at $599K is a steal
esp compared to some of the houses I have seen listed- I just think alot of people are watching and waiting
