Flu and H1N1 shot, are you getting it?
My job is offering this combined shot against flu and H1N1 and I am debating what to do. I would get flu one, but not so happy about H1N1. I know I am not prego yet, but since I am actively trying, I want to be careful. I asked a nurse at work if they have something special for pregos, she said they have "almost" mercury free vaccine, but it is also combined. She said that vaccine still has traces of mercury. What to do? thanks

I would love to hear people's answers to this as I have my appt the end of this month and I am hoping for a BFP around that time! I did however get a flu shot at 16wks pregnant with DD.

When I was pregnant with the triplets I refused the flu shot bc I had a MC back in 2006 a few weeks after I got the flu shot.....I dont think it was connected but I wasnt going to risk my pregnancy on it. Since having the kids I got both flu shots twice and I have given it to my kids. Its a tough call but it something only you can decide.

I got the flu shot, it has the H1N1 vaccine already mixed in

I'm going to get it. Last year I got both shots. We were TTC and my doctor recommended it.
