When's the earliest you went for an U/S
How far along were you when you first saw the embryo ?

When I found out I was PG, I didn't know how far along I was. So doc did a sono and I was 6 weeks, 2 days. I even saw the heartbeat. I'm not sure how much we would have seen earlier on.

I went at 6 wks and a few days and all we saw was the sack.
I went back a week later and we saw the hb!

I went at 4½ weeks...just saw the sac...My next appointment is on 6/28, hopefully I get to see more

At 6 weeks - we saw the sac, "the baby", and heard the heart beat.

I was 9.5 weeks - my dr makes you wait until you missed 2 periods!!!!

My RE had me do a sono at 5w, then again at 6w...I had one almost every week til 9 weeks...I had a 2nd sac and they wanted to make sure it really was empty and that nothing formed too late..

My doc would not do a sono before 8 weeks. I had my sono at 8wks and a few days.

I was seeing and RE so she did sonos every week from 5 weeks until 8 weeks and then passed me off to my ob/gyn.
