My WW confession
I don't know who went to their meeting yet-but I had mine on Sunday and we were talking about small goals we could set for the next 7 weeks (WW is running a food drive for the next 7 weeks which is where the time frame came from).
I said I could give up treating Sunday as a free day. Basically, a lot of Sunday's I just bag it-I say "it's Sunday, I have a whole week in front of me, I'm going to eat what I want". Sometime I count the points from my weekly allowance, sometimes I just say "free".
My leader seemed shocked, she asked the room to raise hands if they did this too and was surprised how many of us did this.
Anyway, I am going to break this habit for the next 7 weeks!

Good for you, at least you were honest about it!
