flood insurance
i am dealing with wells fargo and its been a disaster. Finally got the clear to close yesterday; set a closing date for this friday and then I hear I need to up the flood insurance to a 2500 policy.
Does anyone know if all banks require this?

If you are in a flood zone, your bank will require you to get flood insurance. If you don't get your own, the bank will take it out on your behalf at a really high rate.

we're going through the same thing and most likely most if not all banks will require you to get it
