Need help with painting foyer

any good website to look at to get ideas. THis is one of the first areas I want to paint b/c it's such a big and open space. Goes to upstairs.

There's a chair rail now. We're keeping it for now. THe colors they have is like a foam green and aqua color. Hard to describe, but not my taste. Looking for something bright, but warm and welcoming

I love CaMacho's foyer. She has pics in her album. I think she used BM Smokey Taupe.
