Closing is done!
We closed in about 40 minutes, it was so easy!
The woman (who has been in a nursing home) came to meet us and she was the sweetest thing. She left crying because she was so happy that we are a young family with children that will enjoy and grow in her home.
Now the work begins!
I called Bill Eliott for railings
Need wood floors put in
Paint
and the basement finished 
I will need some help decorating so I can't wait to have you lovely ladies help me along the way!
