Is there anyway...
To know if you have defiantly O'd besides temping?
I don't have the time to temp but I use OPK's and I have gotten a + every month but still no prego. I have heard you can get a + and not O so what are my options?

Yes, sorry for TMI but you can use your hand to "feel" the texture of your CM.

Even feeling CM won't confirm O. The best way to know outside of temping is to go for a progesterone test 7 days after O. Hope that helps!

If you don't have the time to temp, I would just try it for one month...just to make sure you are O'ing. I temp and use an OPK just to confirm that both methods are accurate. So far it has worked. I usually get a + the day before my temp drops.

Use an OPK to determine if your O'ing if you don't have time to temp.

Unfortunately, OPK's, checking CM and cervix position will not indicate that you defnitely O'd. These are all signs that ovulation is approaching. You can still get symptoms of O but not release an egg which is called an "annovulatory cycle". The only way for you yourself to confirm O for sure, is to temp.
