if u switched from fios to cable...
do u have the address where to send back the equipment? DH was on hold for over a half hour before to find out but then got disconnected, i couldnt find anything online..tia!

Amanda I will look in my stuf from FIos, I asked them when I got hooked up and there is a place in Hauppauge, off the top of my head Kennedy ave is coming up, but I will look and email you!
ETA: I just googled Fios Hauppauge and it came up with the address of a retail store. Try it!

Its either 125 or 150 Kennedy Drive in Hauppauge. Its off of motor pky, exit 55 on LIE.
I just dropped off my boxes 2 weeks ago.
