Re: help with chart, please
how long is your cycle generally??
FF usually requires three days of high temps before it gives you O crosshairs. based on todays temp it doesnt look like you Oed.
some people get a dip right before O, so if you dipped today and you are cramping, you might be Oing now. do you use OPKs?? if i were you i would use one today and see if you can catch the surge. either way i would def .

Re: help with chart, please
long cycles, around 38 days on average.
i have been using OPK since day 12, i think, all negative, including today. i am so confused.
do you think i can take advil? cramps are not fun and they are intense
we did BD in the morning, but since i cramp and hurt, i do not think we will BD in the evening. thanks

Re: help with chart, please
you dont need to more than once a day.
also why wouldnt you take advil?? even if you O today it wouldnt effect anything.
there is a chance you dont O this cycle. every once in a while its OK to have an anov cycle. but if your cycle is normally 38 days (which is longer than average) and you temp and discover that you are having anov cycles, you should def consider seeing a doctor or an RE. just because you get AF each month around the same time doesnt necessarily mean you are Oing, specifically if you tend to have a long cycle.
that being said, are the cramps AF-like or different?? if they are twingy O cramps, this could just be a longer cycle for you.
good luck!!
