exactly! My friends live near one in Jersey, it's been there forever, and it's still always packed! DPA is going to be a hot mess near this location for a while

DH is going to be thrilled - NOT
He turns green whenever the commercials come on. He got terrible food poisoning from there when he lived out in Colorado. He can't sit through the commercial without fidgeting a bit

My dad lives in Georgia and refuses to even get a soda from Sonic. The Health Dept down there has all restaurants post their ratings and Sonic's are always way lower than other fast food places.

I don't think Deer Park is that close to us since I am in queens but DH will be so willing to drive there.

To be honest, we live around the corner from one of the Jersey Sonics and it is a LOT of hype. We have eaten a bunch of times and it isn't that amazing. The drinks are the best part, I think! And we were freaks that went opening day!

DH and I have been dreaming of opening one out here... money the biggest issue!!
Soooo excited we're finally getting one! May it be the first of many  No more goingg to CO or CA for some Sonic LOL
The food is pretty good, IMO, it is more about the variety and being different than other fast food. And yes the drinks are fabulous!! cherry limeaid, yummmmm.
