Question when you where a bathingsuit
Ok... if you know you're going to the beach or a pool on a day do you eat a little less the day of or b4?
I was thinking of this the other day. We were going to the pool and I put on my bikini in the morning so I knew I'd eat light b4 we head there. I know if I eat too much I get bloated and didn't want to feel that way so it was coffee and fruit with some low-fat yogurt for breakfast 
Skipped the pancakes DH had
Anyone else do this or am I the only nut?

I am the same way, we always go to Montauk real early and then stop for breakfast at the diner and i hate it cause i know ill be full and in my bathing suit all day!!! LOL

I will eat light only because I would be swimming.
I can always wear a coverup for a few hours while digesting.

I usually skip breakfast and stop at the deli and grab a sandwich for lunch on my way...

i don't eat before i put the bathing suit on.
i don't really eat in it either. just coffee or water for me.
